Regarding the June 22 gala dinner, the list of attendees must be provided to the City Hall ahead of the event. Thus, we won’t be able to offer onsite booking.
Delegates Registration Fees include:
- The lunches & coffee breaks as scheduled in the symposium programme
- Access to the symposium oral and poster presentations and exhibition sessions as scheduled in the final programme
- Symposium materials: electronic or paper version of the abstract book, programme
- Internet access during the symposium sessions.
Please note that:
- None of the above fees includes any accommodation.
- Booking in nearby hotels is offered on our Registration system.
LATE or ONSITE REGISTRATION RATES (from June 17, 2017)
– Price: 350€
– Gala Dinner: 90€ (Only available until June 20, NO ONSITE BOOKING)
- Participation to the Gala Dinner is offered during the registration process, for both Delegates and Accompanying persons.
- Online by credit card: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, CB.
- Bank transfer in Euros (€) exclusively. Detailed payment instructions will be provided during the registration process.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified in written by registered letter to the Symposium Bureau at the below address :

Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
- For cancellation notification received until May 22, 2017 – full refund less 70€ handling fees.
- For cancellation notification received from May 23, 2017 – no refund.
In the unlikely event that the organizers shall deem it necessary to cancel the symposium, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. In such a case the travel cost or accommodation arrangements made by delegates will not be reimbursed by the organizers.
